Uploads the Offer Letter to the new hire's personnel file. 4. Schedules NDE new employee orientation through Zoom for the Thursday following the new employee's start date. For Associates, Service Specialists, and Rehabilitation Specialists: 5. Pre-fills 5 probationary goals in Employee Development Center (EDC). |

If a new cell phone is warranted: • Submits a ticket in the OCIO cell phone portal, https://serviceportal.ne.gov/ServiceCatalog/RequestOffering/1dc6b248-afd3-4fa5-1a51-8f8bb5ba927e,ef0bff83-bd91-514f-0e82-6af879fbe927, ordering a new cell phone for the new staff member. 25.
