3.    Begins hiring process and provides direction and guidance to Supervisor throughout.

4.    Follows NDE HR policy and direction to complete hiring process.

5.    Confers with NDE HR on final selection to provide authorization for an offer.

6.    Makes the offer to the selected candidate.

7.     Notifies Supervisor and Victoria Rasmussen with acceptance or decline of offer.

  • DHHS Registries
  •  DMV
  •  Nebraska Sex Offender Registry

10.   Sends offer letter to new hire.

11.    Notifies any other interviewees and applicants the position has been filled.
