SUMMARY OF UPDATES
DHHS is now requiring NDE HR to use the same Background Check form for Employees and Volunteers/Interns as we have been using for Service Agreements. So now one form will be listed on VRIS. Note this version of the form requires an agency signature which will be the Office Director or Hiring Manager in most cases.
