Summary of Updates:
The Self Employment Chapter was updated. The main update was in the Policy Section: the definition of VR Self Employment was added along with a list of the types of small businesses that can not be supported by VR. Minor edits were done throughout entire chapter to improve grammar and to ensure consistency in all sections.
FORMS REVISED:
Three (3) forms were updated or changed:
Personal finance sheet-extra categories for expenses listed, "auto populates/totals" and note added that "Go Fund Me or Kick Start pages" are considered income.
Self-Employment Referral Form-updated required referral information
Self-Employment Questionaire: Form is now data entry only-expandable field. If client wishes to use cursive, please print form and explain to client he/she can use as many extra sheets of paper as needed.
New Questions added: Self-Employment traits-#4; Disability Information-#7, #8 and Business Idea-#3, #4, #7, #22, #25, #27, #30, #31.
