SUMMARY OF UPDATES:
"The Supported Employment - Community Support Program chapter" has been changed and updated to "Supported and Customized Employment -Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities-Independent Provider".
The checklist, process, policy, background and training was updated to reflect the DD collaboration.
Please note that VR must send a copy of the IPE along with all Milestone Reporting forms and the 30 day reporting form to the Service Coordinator.
Also note that a Resume is required for all Independent Providers and a task note confirming the DD approval and background check.
Also note that the policy.."a carry over" states that VR does not do the Placement. Invite to WIN meetings was added.
