Summary of Changes
A new referral source: DD Service Provider/Sheltered Workshops has been added to QE2. The new source will be used for individuals being referred for CCIR appointments and general referrals to Nebraska VR.

New Referral Source: DD Service Provider/Sheltered Workshop
New Referral Category: This is a list of all DD providers and Sheltered Workshops that we have agreements with.
To Do:
Referrals received after April 1 from a DD Service Provider or Sheltered Workshop:
1. If you have completed a CCIR on a referral that came from a provider or workshop you will need to change the Referral Source to DD Service Provider/Sheltered Workshop and Referral Source Category to the appropriate provider from the list. If the case has been terminated you will still need to make this change.
2. To make the change in QE2, select the Edit button on the Basic Info screen and change the Referral Source and Category, then select save.
3. Please have all the referral sources corrected by August 31, 2017. We are required to provide a report to DD on the number of CCIR's done by Team by early September.
4. Office Directors - please confirm to Paige when your team has fixed all the referral sources.
