Summary of Changes
The Chapter was updated to reflect the changes in the Certification Process for ID/DD Independent Providers. The Independent Providers are now certified by Medicaid and not DD Services. The main change for VR is if a Certified Provider has lived or worked out of Nebraska, VR needs to do a background check.
