Summary of Changes

The chapter was changed as follows:

• changed chapter name to Benefits Services to encompass the broader services (beyond Benefits Analysis)
• details the three Benefits Services Providers and geographical areas covered by each
• defines the services:  Benefits Assessment, Benefits Planning, Benefits Management, and PASS Plan Development, along with the hourly rate and number of hours to be authorized for each
• revises policy statement to pertain to Benefits Services, rather than Benefits Orientation, which is a different policy chapter
