Team Communication
Note that while a person need not be eligible for DHHS/DDD services/funding in order to be authorized for I/DD Supported Employment, a referral for such services allows the person to be determined eligble for long term supports from DDD. With consent of the person, a referral to DDD is appropriate and affords the person to possibly benefit from long term support that may be funded by that agency.
