Summary of Changes

Incorporates the Client Contact and VR Process Timeframes chapters into this TASK Note guidelines chapter to reduce the total number of chapters and provide the information in one chapter. 

 Forms - New or Revised

Made the VR TImeframes chapter into a PFD form to use as an attachment to this chapter and as a training handout.

QE2 Update

Office Directors can now delete TASK notes. This does not require a Help Desk ticket.

When creating a new case, QE2 creates a TASK note listing previously case closures.
