Summary of Changes

It is now required that the I-9 documentation be kept in the personnel file at NDE HR. The OJE/OJT/WBLE chapters have all been changed to state that copies of the I-9 identification documentation should be made and scanned in to NDE HR with the rest of the paperwork.

The WBLE/OJT/OJE chapters included a provision allowing for a training fee to be paid to the employer. This has been removed from all chapters.

Information regarding the On-the-Job Report was added to the Background and Training Information sections of each chapter, and the form attached.
