Summary of Changes
This chapter is reflecting a new process that is being implemented regarding the recoupment and reuse of equipment that is no longer being utilized by clients for its agreed upon purpose. This chapter outlines the process that is taken to authorize for these items, complete the acceptance agreement form, monitor usage, and attempt recoupment if necessary. It also outlines how we track certain items over $5000 until they have depreciated below that amount, regardless of whether the case is open or closed.

QE2 Update
There are new features in QE2 to accommodate this process. There is a new equipment issuance and recoupment section, as well as a couple of new reports. Training is being provided.
