Summary of Changes
Updated Nebraska VR policy to match federal rules and regulations that include regain or advance in employment, as well as maintain.
Provided guidance to assist with determining if a case qualifies for post employment and cross-referenced other chapters.
IPE Amendment form is now required with the appropriate signatures prior to providing services.
QE2 Update
Due to the need for an IPE Amendment, Qe2 has added screens for Post Employment IPE Amendment, services and approvals.
Team Communication
Use existing IPE form and check the Amendment box to complete the IPE Amendment with the appropriate signature. All rules surrounding writing of an IPE apply.
