Summary of Changes
Beginning with the BW22 pay period (10/14/19 - 10/27/19) clients paid on bi-weekly will no longer receive a copy of their pay stub in the mail. Clients participating in an OJE, state OJT, or WBLE will now have the ability to access their pay stubs on-line in E1, same as NDE employees.
For clients currently on bi-weekly - A letter with the clients user name and password, and instructions on how to access E1 has been mailed.
For clients set up on bi-weekly going forward - State Office will send a letter with the clients user name and password, and instructions on how to access pay stubs in E1 to the client once HR has approved their paperwork.
Forms - New or Revised
On-Line Access to Pay Stubs - an information sheet has been attached to the OJE, OJT, and WBLE chapters and should be given to the client at the time they complete the direct deposit/Focus card form.
Client Letter - a template of the letter sent to clients with their user id and password is attached to the OJE, OJT, and WBLE chapters for staff information.

To Do
Ensure each client set up on bi-weekly receives a copy of the On-Line Access to Pay Stub information at the time they sign the OJE, state OJT, or WBLE paperwork.
Team Communication
Teams should discuss at a team meeting and make sure that everyone is aware of the change, so staff members that work with clients on OJE, OJT, and WBLE's are providing this information.
