Title: Client Participation in the Cost of Services was renamed to Client Contribution and Comparable Services & Benefits, as this chapter addresses both.
Policy: Added Rule 72 regulations
Process: Added more detail to address Rule 72 regulations and provided guidance on the discussion of client contribution and comparable services and benefits with the client, task note documentation and when a cost exception may be needed.
