QE2 Update
Ineligibility 12 month reviews can be monitored through the Ineligible Follow Ups Report located under Case Services > Reports in QE2 and can be sorted by team, staff name, and year due. By clicking on the case number in the Ineligibility Report, staff will be directed to the individual’s Ineligible Follow Up screen to document the date of follow up(s) and summary of results. This screen will auto populate a task note into the QE2 casefile. This required follow up can be accessed through the Ineligible Follow Up Report or within the individual’s QE2 case under the Data tab.
