Summary of Changes

Added: 

• Added CAP notification requirement in policy
• Upon receiving the notification of approval for job retention services from the assigned program director, the office director will then proceed with approving the eligibility and priority group.        
• Procedures for case closure during OOS
• Option of task note with specific contact information for each and every referral OR copy of I & R form in file to document completion.
• Terminology for job retention was updated to state, “the individual would almost certainly lose his or her current job” rather than at immediate risk of losing his or her current job.
