Summary of Changes

Deleted: Holiday Workweek 

All staff will work a 5-day workweek (8-hours per day) when one or more holidays fall in any workweek. Supervisors may allow same week schedule adjustment during a holiday workweek to accommodate issues around childcare, second jobs or other appropriate reasons. Requests made in advance that support the team coverage plan shall not be unreasonably denied.

Added: A supervisor may require (with advanced notice) the employee change their workweek schedule to accommodate office coverage, work requirements and/or attend a work-related activity/meeting. 

Employees with work-related activities/meetings that occur on their scheduled day off will make necessary adjustments to their schedules to accommodate the needs of the agency. The supervisor should be provided with the adjustment in advance. 

Workweek schedule initial requests and changes are to be made with supervisor approval using the Telecommuting Form Schedule.
