Summary of Changes
A sentence from the Equipment recoupment chapter was added to the Vested Interest Chapter, due to clarification needed that the acceptance agreement form is printed out with the authorization, and that form is completed when the item is provided to the client, signed off, and placed in the file. There was also a sentence added distinguishing the difference between the VR Acceptance Agreement form and the ATP Acceptance Agreement form, and that our form must be used when an item qualifies under this policy.
