Summary of Changes

• Organized information in an easier to understand outline, by including the 4 criteria for eligibility in the process section and more guidance through out
• Added information on Social Security recipients and incoorporated information from Eligibility - Vision/Sight chapter
• Defined Priority assignment is part of the OOS process, but completed at eligibility. 
• Added If a case exceeds 120 days without an eligibility determination, the Director of VR will be notified by email
• Need to verify any relevant impairment(s) resulting in a vocational limitation(s)
