Summary of Changes
Cases that have previously been closed in pre-employment transition services are reopened according to the way the case was closed. Cases closed under exit status Pre-ets: No Longer Interested in Services or Pre-ets: Not Available for Services are reopened by an Office Director or Program Director using the "Reopen" button on the case in QE2. Cases closed as Pre-ets: No Longer Eligible for Pre-ets Services are reopened as a new case.
