Forms - New or Revised

New Voter Registration Forms for both English and Spanish were updated to include Legal Marijuana NOW. Legal Marijuana NOW is officially a recognized political party within the State of Nebraska as of April 21, 2021.

New Voter Registration Forms with the new party added will be sent to the office soon. Once the new forms are received please throw away the old forms.

• Note: In the mean time you can use up any current voter registration forms as long as they have the “Other” field. Assist voters who are interested in registering with the new party to write “Legal Marijuana NOW” in the Other field.
