Summary of Changes

• Policy revised to address actions based on whether VR is under OOS.
• Added process details to check Ticket to Work status (as well as link to TTW chapter for easier access to details of Ticket Program/VR's responsibilities)
• Deleted / attached forms recently changed and added updated ones:
  • Removal of VR and Benefits Provider SSA form 3288 for Earnings (no longer in use)
  • Separated English and Spanish versions of Releases of Information so applicable one can be printed or sent via Adobesign
  • Attached 2022 SSA work incentives guides for Title II, Title XVI, Concurrent beneficiaries--English and Spanish--that will be activated when chapter is active--and removed 2020 guides)
