Summary of Changes

Chapter was changed to more clearly align with expectations for OJT.  Should be used as an incentive for hire.  Business should be hiring client into a permanent position, with OJT being provided as reimbursement for additional training provided to client as needed during normal training period.  Expectation should be for employment to continue after conclusion of OJT, unless significant issues occurred.  Removed separate instructions for state OJT, as same process should be maintained for all OJTs.  Removed references to non-paid OJT, as OJTs are client being hired into employment, so they should always be paid.  Fiscal process significantly reduced as a result.

Forms - New or Revised

Virtually all forms and letters removed from chapter.  The only thing remaining is the OJT letter, which should be completed and provided to the business, as well as being placed in the file.  No other forms necessary for OJT, other than invoice and timesheets that are provided by the employer.
