Summary of Changes

Added:

• Rate increase for Viability Report from $75/hr to $90/hr.
• Clarified process and forms required for Viability Assessment. Do not send client's entire tax return. 
• Agricultural worker who earns a salary or hourly wage do not require the viability assessment, as they are not self-employed. 
• Self-employment team is consulted on Viability Report and recommended assistive devices above $2,000. 
• Updated federal language:  "secure, retain, advance in, or regain employment consistent with their abilities and capabilities."
