Summary of Changes
Removed seasonal and temporary jobs as meeting the criteria for a successful outcome.
90 Day Criteria updated to require no authorized services to show the job is stable.
Employment Outcome: Job obtained and IPE Job goal must have the same first 2 digits of the SOC Codes match to successfully close the case, otherwise an IPE Amendment needs to be completed by updating the actual IPE form with an amendment, rather than completing the "Job Goal at Outcome or Termination of Service." This form is now only used for termination of a service.
Forms - New or Revised
IPE-Amendment for Job Goal at Outcome or Termination of Service has been renamed and repurposed for only termination of a service. It is now titled, "Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE) Amendment - Termination of Service"
QE2 Update
QE2 wil restart the 90 day clock for case closure if a service is authorized after the client starts the VR supported job.
