Summary of Changes
Clarification of when to Document Team Service and when to utilize task note documentation was provided in Job Search Services as follows:
Ensure all meetings and contacts, including email, text communication and phone calls, that are substantive conversations are documented as Team Services in the case home screen.
Ensure all contacts that are to schedule/reschedule appointments, as well as any documentation of cancellations or no shows are documented as task notes.
Team Communication
Should be clarified with team when to utilize Task Note Documentation and when to utilize Document Team Service. Document Team Service should be used for substantive conversations/interactions with client.
