Summary of Changes
Updated chapter language to reflect the need to send the Termination Letter rather than the OD Letter.

Removed directions for updating Bi-Lingual staff as there will now be Bi-Lingual chapter and the owner of the chapter will contact ODs every year to see if they have any staff who are bi-lingual.
