Expanded Policy to include client’s preferred method of communication, available platforms to conduct/host virtual meetings, awareness of the participant’s abilities and accommodations, and common challenges experienced during virtual meetings.
Added Checklists of items to considered before and during virtual meetings to support participant abilities and accommodations.
Expanded Process to include additional information on securing privacy and confidentiality during meetings.
Revised Nebraska VR statement to include in virtual meeting invites sent to Nebraska VR students and clients.
