Summary of Changes

Staff expectations for video meetings were clarified to include:

Video cameras must be on for all VR meetings/trainings/presentations;

Requirements to fully participate (e.g., with video, access to VRIS/meeting documents, etc.) in VR remote meetings; if unable to fully particpate, meetings must be attended at the office;

Minimizing distractions during a meeting; and

Limiting what is in the camera view during meetings.
