Summary of Changes
New process to have ATP accompany AgrAbility on the farm/ranch visits for all cases to provide a collobrative service approach . A referral will also be made to ATP for all AgrAbility Cases. AgrAbility will coordinate the on-site visit with the client, ATP, and VR by contacting the ATP Program Coordinator (Brooke Harrie) for the assigned technology specialist assigned. The case staffing with the Self-Employment Team will include both ATP and AgrAbility.

Office Directors ensure your staff are aware of the requirement to refer to ATP at the time of referring to AgrAbility
