Summary of Changes
Under "Specific Invoice Requirements:
Deleted: "Supported employment –Corresponding SE Report is required to be uploaded to QE2 prior to payment" as this is a case specialist responsibility, not an invoice requirement for auditing purposes. It is the responsibility of the Specialist/Counselor to ensure the corresponding report is uploaded to the QE2 case file.
Changed "OJE/WBLE/TWE" to "Client hours worked" to capture that this includes the hours clients work for supported employment invoices as well as OJE/WBLE timesheets.
Changes were also made to the "Authorizing Case Services" chapter to coincide with the requirement for cash advances as listed in the Invoice Standards Chapter.
