Provided additional guidance for the discussions with the client when considering a referal to ATP and reviewing the ATP Report, funding email, and Resource Letter.
Forms - New or Revised
ATP Referral form updated the referral question of “Reason for referral” to now ask “What is the barrier to employment or training?” Staff need to define the barrier to employment or training by identifying the specific tasks causing the difficulty due to the client's impairment.
Please begin using the new ATP Referral immediately. It is searchable under forms
