Summary of Changes

Added:

• Federal language for impact on the provision of services 361.57(b)4 
• IPE Amendment is needed to add a previously terminated service. 
• How to terminate a service in QE2.

Forms - New or Revised

Discontinue use of Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE) - Termination of Service form as it is no longer valid. All paper and electronic versions need to be destroyed. 

All IPE Amendments can now be done in QE2 and on the actual IPE form.

QE2 Update

Termination of service and adding a previously terminated service is now available in QE2.
