Summary of Changes
The Electronic Casefile Committee determined that staff should be able to delete files uploaded to a casefile, as long as the files are not related to determinations (e.g. eligibility), documents with required client signature (e.g. application, IPE, application, etc.), or legal information. These Attachment Types will continue to be deleted by the Office Director only, and are noted by an * on the Attachment Types list.

QE2 Update
Staff now have access to delete certain Attachment Types from case files in QE2; Attachment Types which still require deletion by an Office Director are noted with an "OD" beside the Delete button in QE2.
