Summary of Changes

Expanded General Guidance section to include:

• Additional resources to work with individuals whose first language may not be English, including use of the translate app, Foreign Language ID Display, and the suggestion for each office to create a plan to support staff when immediate foreign language translation services are needed,
• Update of teams currently with bilingual Nebraska VR staff members, and
• Additional clarification when using foreign language translations services with individuals interested in learning about the services available from Nebraska VR, including youth with disabilities.
