TWE is used in 3 ways- Determine Eligibility (ability to benefit), continued eligibility, or to help an individual decide if they wish to pursue competitive integrated employment. (Priority Group Status assignment removed)

TWE can now be paid

Supervision is arranged by VR

Overall organization of chapter edited to mirror OJE chapter

Guidance on informed choice and full consultation required when a non-integrated setting is utilized (per regs)

Documentation lessened in task notes for post-TWE summary (use Voc Eval section only)

Guidance added when a TWE is not going well

3 General outcomes of a TWE added at the end of the chapter: Able to Benefit from Nebraska VR Services (Eligibility), Unable to Benefit from Nebraska VR Services (Ineligibility), Applicant Chooses not to Pursue Competitive Integrated Employment (Eligibility/Ineligibility)
