Summary of Changes
Revised the Remote Interpreting-Sign Language chapter to provide a clear understanding of how to request Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) service for clients or potentially eligible clients when no on-site sign language interpreter is available. Those steps would assist the staff in coordinating and setting up the VRI service including how to authorize these such services.

Review at Team Meeting. Teams should be sure that team members are both aware of the services and familiar with accessing these services when on-site interpreting is not available. Good customer service means being able to access these remote services quickly when the need arises.
