Summary of Changes
This chapter update includes 1)new guidance for Counselors who are doing Assessment/Voc Eval activities, 2) clarifies actions to take when referring to an Evaluator, and 3) updates guidance for Evaluators to complete assessment activities.
QE2 Update
Reminder for staff to add Vocational Evaluation as a Team Service when assessment activities are completed. Guidance for QE2 documentation (task notes and Voc Eval Report) is included in the chapter update.
