If a new cell phone is warranted: • Submits a ticket in the OCIO cell phone portal, https://serviceportal.ne.gov/KnowledgeBase/View/142#!/, ordering a new cell phone for the new staff member. 24. Emails the current year's meeting memo to the new staff member. 25. Schedules 2 informal meetings with the following in Outlook calendar and Zoom: • New employee, VR Director, and VR Assistant Directors |

On the first day of employment: 26. Meets with employee, delivering laptop and other equipment, as necessary 27. Assists new employee with logging into accounts on laptop and iPhone 28. Assists new staff with getting acquainted with laptop 29.Obtains new staff signature and uploads into QE2 hierarchy. |
